I'd guess the Nahuatl pronunciation would be closer to the Spanish, at least for the vowels. You don't need the commas, since oa can't be a diphthong in Lojban. Do you mean to say that the one named quetzalcoatl is a feathered serpent, or that 'quetzalcoatl' means 'feathered serpent'? The latter would be {zoi ny quetzalcoatl ny se smuni lu pimlu since li'u}.
