{pi ro lei cribe} or {lei ro cribe}.  

(Also a simple {le ro cribe} would do with the proposed definitions from
<http://www.lojban.org/tiki/tiki-index.php?page=BPFK+Section%3A+gadri>,
because under those definitions a bare {le} is not marked for 
distributivity: i.e. it does not have an implicit {ro} in front.)

{pa'a ku} is glossed in the ma'oste as "each respectively", and I
wouldn't be surprised if it appears in some of the ancient teaching
materials too. It was an early attempt to deal with issues of
distributivity. I don't think it works though.
