I don't think that there are other implementations of LogFlash, but there are other programs that people use to learn Lojban vocabulary. A popular one seems to be SuperMemo; you can download a free copy of an older version from http://www.supermemo.com/english/down.htm . Note that LogFlash *only* teaches gismu or cmavo (depending on the version); SuperMemo can be used to learn just about anything that can be put in question-and-answer format. mu'o mi'e .filip.
