Find the option EQ, or Equalizer or something like that(in Sond Forge 6.1 is Process->EQ->Graphic). Then you should have an equalizer similar to winamp's. Leave the slider "80Hz" and pull down a bit the slider to the left of "80Hz" Keep doing this with all the sliders to the left each time lowering a bit more. Then accept the changes and save the file.
