I'm referring to the Lojban Lessons, Lesson 2 "Take your places...": bajra x1 runs on surface x2 using limbs x3 with gait x4 Now, I understand that 'running' has the implicit meaning of movement using limbs etc. Isn't a precision of gait (x4) redundant since 'running' is in and of itself a gait? How would one correctly use x3? By mentioning the number of limbs? Which limbs? (running on one's hands instead of feet or something?) I also presume that bajra is a very specific word, and that there would be an equivalent for, say, water running down a surface of x2 material or something... is this belief 'close' to being correct?
