I cannot guess what might have happened. There was a period of time where the web page address was altered, and altered to an incorrect address. We caught it fairly quickly, but I cannot remember when it was. If you sent it to the above address, I did not receive it. We get almost no check-orders these days, maybe 1-2 per year, so I tend to remember them. lojbab
