"To pay a bill" doesn't seem to map well into the place structure of {pleji}, since the bill is neither the recipient of the payment nor the service paid for, and while {janta} is good for "bill", I'm not sure how to specify that it's a phone bill -- what goes into x2? {lo se fonxa} "the telephone network"?
