Some are the sort of things people say in day-to-day life, such as would be suitable for a primer. These are often posted because they utilize a rare word or concept that is easy to translate in Lojban, in order to generate lots of lojban text samples with the complete vocabulary. Those who are working on a flash card program, the BPFK, or a Lojbanic primer, can someday mine the jboselkei database for these usage examples. Other posts are of easy-to-medium-difficulty, but are posted for no other reason than to split up the sheer volume of translation work on a large project. Some are posted for their difficulty and challenge. The unfortunate thing about this is that it clogs up the system with posts that prevent the above two objectives, but it is worthwhile for those who seek to prove their skills. If there is one or more of these categories which you do not wish to translate, I encourage you to set your difficulty threshhold as low as you wish, and use the "Skip Post" option liberally until you come to something you want to translate. If only everyone would translate 6 posts, we would translate everything in jboselkei. -epkat
