Well... I guess that doesn't cost them money (not significat money) to add Lojban. If it would cost money they would erase Hacker, Klingon and Ewmew Fudd (the last one not being a language or a dialect, but rather a funny comic style of writing). With enough requests and demands... or any kind of petition... we may place Lojbanistan on the map (.u'i zo'o I'm starting to feel myself like a polititician now:) ). To spread language... any language one has to encourage people to speak it. Advertise it, write important information on it, create reading material, and whenever possible, write stuff that is better understood in it, than any other language (poetry etc.). Eliezer ben Yehuda who have revived Hebrew, used it as the only spoken language at home. His wife didn't know a word in Hebrew, and that didn't stop him from speaking her only in it. He wouldn't let her sing their children lullybies in any other language etc. Jews in Israel in the beggining of 20th century were encouraged to speak Hebrew, up to the point, where special squads annoyed people on the streets asking them not to speak any language but the language of ancestors. I don't suggest using any of those techniques for Lojban, but with enough determination... As Herzel said "If you wish, it won't be just a legend".
