If you have somewhere you can publish to via sftp that I can download from (HTTP is fine), just "bzr push sftp://your.server/path/to/repository", and then tell me what the HTTP address to download from that location is. If I have any patches, I'll make them on my own branch (pushed up to a server you can pull HTTP from), and then you can run "bzr merge http://my.server/path/to/repository" to merge.
