A proper name ("cmevla", as it's called in Lojban; "cmene" also includes constructions such as "la jbofi'e" (a computer program by Richard Curnow) and "la bercribe" (Ursa Minor)) always ends in a consonant. "tcelsi" is not a valid word, but a slinku'i (add any cmavo of form CV to the beginning and you get a valid, though meaningless, word). "slinku'i", of course, is itself a slinku'i, so to talk about them in Lojban we have to say "valsrslinku'i". mu'o mi'e .pier.aBAT. (n.b. the 't' is silent in French but not in Lojban)
