For the typical usage of 'enjoy' in english, it seems to me that the valsi listed by Robin is far more appropriate than either of the above. OTOH, if you wanted to express eg 'I enjoy X greatly', perhaps xaufri would be more appropriate. As in "mi xaufri le nu bajra fi pidu'e" -- "I enjoy [the act of] running, too much."
