So basically, we need to invent an offensive word for "sex" in lojban? I mean, applying a usual word for it isn't offensive in any language - "sexing/sexed up book" becomes obscene only when you replace "sexing/sexed up" with the f-word, which is an alternative to "sex". It seems to me that every natural language has two words for sex - one non-offensive, usually similar to the word "sex" in the first place, and one offensive and obscene. But looking at the nature of lojban it might be simpler/better to just invent a new attitudinal and stick it before "plibu" or "mabla" to denote that it's meant offensively.
