The differences between the three gismu have been discussed before (you can (and I'd advise you to) check the lojban-beginner archives fpor the longer discussion), but basically, stuzi is generally assumed to be more permanent (France is in Europe), while zvati is temporary (I am at the store). Diklo, in my understanding, is specifically contrasting something localized within a wider area (I'm in the north of town). --gejyspa
