Matt Arnold has resigned from the LLG Board, and hence the
presidency.  No acrimony, it was just stressing him out too much.

This leaves us with 3 board mebers: me, Bob LeChevalier, and Arnt
Richard Johansen.  Bob is the now president, as much because Arnt
and I were already officers as for any other reason.  :)

(for those of you who are members and are like "wait, I didn't vote
for this!", that's because the board picks its officers, the members
just pick the board)
