Here it is. It's simple:

Always begin all jufra with {.i} or {ni'o}. This includes the first
utterance. This enables one to easily determine whether something said is
intended as a continuation of the previous speaker's jufra or starting a new
one.

Example:

Current usage:

A: do klama ma
B: lo zarci

Humans understand this to mean "do klama ma .i lo zarci", while a machine
parser will understand it to mean "do klama ma lo zarci", which is not the
same.

Proposal usage:

A: .i do klama ma
B: .i lo zarci

Both humans and a machine parser understand this to mean ".i do klama ma .i
lo zarci".

Benefits:

One person can easily complete another's jufra by merely not beginning with
{.i}. Occasions on which this ability may be desired are: twins finishing
each other's sentences, parent's teaching children new words, teaching in
general (T:"Two plus two is...?" S:"4!").

Downfall:

Needing to say {.i}
Possible ambiguity involving quote words, which could require an explicit
"continuance - non-continuance" tag cmavo.
