In any case, I attempted to match rafsi to tcenglis, and {ten} {lis } makes an interesting name. Made me think of novels, which led me to .clalis., which sounds nice. Actually its "tcenglizos" according to the phonetics of Ceq= li, or
"tcenlizos", because we tend to avoid "ng" in Lojban. A= nd -zo is the
suffix indicating proper names, so "tcenglis" or "tcenlis&qu= ot; would be
