By the way, I don't like {li pano pe le cerni} because I think it is too much to introduce two different number 10's for a.m/p.m. a.m/p.m looks more like part of the number to me. Another option would be to use {certcika}/{vactcika} instead of {tcika}, and {fi'o certcika}/{fi'o vactcika} instead of {ti'u}.
