I think {lo vi stuzi} would be better. You can attach tags to {pe} or {ne} (dependent on whether you want to clarify which London you're talking about): {la landyn ne ne'i la britain} (another strange thing, do you really pronounce it "britain"?) But I don't think {ne'i} is the best here. For me it's good for things that have well-defined inside and outside, like a box or a building. Maybe I'm wrong.
