There are several possible routes you can take. If you wish to get 
personal coaching, then the Lojban IRC channel #ckule is probably the

teachers and also several people who recently started learning, so 
you'll be in good and welcoming hands.

We're working on having more audio files. Lojban isn't usually learned 
the same way as other languages because the grammar is so different. 
It's usually more rewarding to get a solid grasp of how the grammar 
works before anything else. Memorizing phrases before that stage seems 
like a waste of time. If you'd like to hear spoken Lojban, you can skim

I randomly heard of it almost 5 years ago because I am into constructed 
languages and Lojban was mentioned now and then on the conlang mailing 
list. Once I decided to see for myself what it was about, I ended up on 
IRC, and started receiving lessons on the same day. After 2 days I knew 
the basics. It has been a wonderful experience for me and I still 
cherish it.

You have several options:
"nolti'u" = noble daughter, the daughter of a noble one#
"nolfe'i" = noble/high-born female
".saras." = Sarah, just lojbanized the spelling/pronunciation

To use your name in a sentence, you'll usually need to stick a "la" 
before it, but you'll learn about that soon anyway.
