I don't know about tags, but you can do a tensed logical connection (<= A href=3D"http://www.lojban.org/publications/reference_grammar/chapter14.ht= ml">CLL Ch 14 - starting at about 18.4) to get the the "even" you = want.  I think what you're looking for is:
