I managed to find that piece of my fallen-apart copy of
McCawley which has the index in it.  Neither "skolemic" nor
any similar word appears in the index.

Thanks to all of you who explained what "steradian" means.
Now I would be obliged if you would educate me still further:
What does "skolemic" mean?
