[bpfk] dag-cll, next steps



As much for my own memory as anything else:

1.  Convert to docbook.

2.  De-manual-ize.  There's a *LOT* of stuff that's manually entered
in the book that shouldn't be.  As an example, none of the examples
should be numbered in the source; document creation should generate
the numbers with appropriate cross-references.  The YACC and EBNF
cross-references similarily, but that's a *lot* of work so I might
not bother.

3.  Roll in the rest of

4.  Make sure it can be both printed and HTML-ized (in various
granularities: I *like* one-page-per-chapter as an option).
