Distance now meets the formatting standards of BPFK Community Work.
Again, I moved the entries in the now-deleted "Formal Definitions" section to the "Proposed Tag" section of the individual cmavo.
I added the other cmavo of the same selma'o and the gismu of the "Proposed Tag" to the "See Also" section for each cmavo.
(For example, {ze'a} has the Proposed Tag {fi'o krafamtei}, and in See Also has {ze'e}, {ze'i}, {ze'u}, {krasi}, {fanmo}, and {temci}.)
I copied the relevant bits in the old "Notes" section to those cmavo the note referenced.
I moved everything in the now-deleted "Impact" section to the "General Section Issues" section.
The "Proposed Keywords" and "Issues" sections for all cmavo have no entry.
