It's just meant to be pedagogical: the idea is that you should learn
the VUhU1 before the VUhU2 and so on.  But of course mistakes may have
been made (I think VUhU3 is too high for unary minus).  VUhU0 is as
you say the no-ops.  Don't worry about it.
