Red book says:

  (It is possible to have fu'ivla like "spa'i” that are five letters
  long, but they must have " ' ”; no gismu contains " ' ”.)

dag-cll does not.

However:

$ echo "spa'i" | vlatai                                 
spa'i                     : Bad fu'ivla (fails slinku'i test) :  spa'i

$ echo "spa'i" | camxes -M

So, should I leave that line out?
