[bpfk] The Lojban corpus tool; please add/help.

I strongly suggest *not* loading the full corpus in a normal
browser; right-click-save-as is fine, as is text only browsers, but
all of IRC is in there, so normal browsers can get rather cranky
about the size.

I know LNC is missing; please do not try to fix that, I'll handle it
soon.

Anything else that's missing, please fix it.  For multi-page things
on the Wiki, use the "multi-print" feature (you have to be logged
in), save it to a file, and upload the file; or just ask me to do
it.
