  How much of a concern is the formatting as a goal in itself?  For
example, if I see that http://www.lojban.org/tiki/BPFK+Section%3A+Highlight+Discursives
isn't green, but that it seems complete (I'm not saying that it
actually is), except that the format isn't like the template, should
effort be expended to get into the same format as the template?
