I'm pretty much planning to assign "proper" membership to whoever I
see as having done actual useful work around here, by fiat, when we
next get around to voting on something.  The structure of the BPFK
has never been very well defined, and the jatna has had freedom to
do pretty much whatever ey wants; I intend to continue that
tradition.  :)
