The proposal is not at all new, it is quite ancient.

That _expression_ does not involve any mixed digit/lerfu string, therefore the proposal does not affect it. It involves two one-lerfu strings: "n" and "r", and 3 PA-only strings "1.3", "3.15" and "2". No mixed strings.
