I should also add that I have no clue how to analyse other cases like what position would take ko'i and ko'o in {fo ko'a ko'i broda ko'o}. There've been opposite opinions.I'm not even interested in officializing answers to such questions since these rules are tricky for newbies and officialization could lead to using them more by fluent Lojbanists alienating them by the rest of the community.
