No, it doesn't. For example *{kibrtuitsku} contains a CgV -tui-, but {kibrtuuitsku} is {ki,br,tu,uit,sku}, so the first -u- there in -tu- is functioning as a vowel and not a glide. So it's CVGV.

Transforming CGV into CGGV doesn't cure the problem, because it becomes
CGVV, which itself is an instance of CGV.
