Re: [bpfk] {minli} place inconsistency

Quick corpus search:

- 153 uses of {minli} overall
- 5 uses of {minli3}: two using x3 as the subunits place (on IRC), and three apparently using it as a standard
- 1 use of {minli4}, but I think it is also incorrect, since there is no standard at all, just extra subunits

So no real conflicts in the corpus. Alice in Wonderland already uses the proposed definition.

Do I get a vote? If so, I vote aye.
