[bpfk] brivla detection algorithm

Is there a simple algorithm for detecting valid brivla in general (without specifying whether they are fu'ivla, gismu of lujvo) ? 

I mean such algorithm is supposed to be simpler than the current brivlakle detection algorithm in the current PEG.
