The two major things we need are work on CLLv1.1 and someone to
write a new version of jbovlaste.

The latter somewhat speaks for itself, I think, in terms of the
skills required.

WRT CLLv1.1, there's a wide variety of work of all levels of
complexity; see https://github.com/dag/cll/blob/docbook/TODO .  I'm
available to tutor people a certain amount on this, if they come
find me on IRC during US/Pacific daylight hours.
