Every fragment can. For example instead of fragment "ek" you could have "KOhA_elidable ek KOhA_elidable COhE.elidable", where KOhA_elidable could return "ZOhE". 

I'm not sure we want something like "lo nu ge ci gi bei do cu nu gi'a" to be grammatical though.
