i) "lo ka" is semantically wrong. "le ka" is correct.
ii) "ka" are propositions with free variables. "lo'i mlatu" and
"leka ce'u mlatu" refer to different things (the former refers to
the class of all cats, and the latter to a function which will give
you du'us when you give it variables). "lo'i mlatu" is "lu'i ro
ckaji be leka ce'u mlatu", though.
