Well, if there's some question as to whether I would settle for
doctor parts (which there probably wouldn't be), I'd say
mi djica loi mikce .i mulno mikce po'o .i loi pagbu be lo
mikce naku banzu tu'a mi ca
Or even
mi djica loi mikce poi jai mulno

We *should* try to keep this stuff grounded in reality---I think
Grice is certainly sufficent here. In real conversation there's
no reason to assume someone would settle for doctor parts unless
they're talking about pagbu stuff.
