If everything has to be quantified, then these are sensible
defaults. But why does everything have to be quantified? Why could
the default not have been {mo'e zi'o}? In usage they are treated
as if the default were {mo'e zi'o}, since I believe no attention
is paid to the scope of these putative implicit quantifiers.
Do {ko'a ce ko'e} and {ko'a joi ko'e} also have default quantifiers?
