There are ways round it, chiefly:
(i) it must be possible somehow to indicate the magnitude of the initial
digit using gei, though without checking the book, I don't know how
to do it
(ii) introducing an experimental cmavo that indicates counting upwards
from the units, e.g. {zei'a} (< zenba), now added on the wiki.
