Except in the case of {ce'u} I fall back on "repetition is also anaphora" and for {ce'u} in LoCCan3, I would make it a real lambda -- a sumti-forming operator with one bound term taking -- under unlimited iteration -- a bridi.  So that {le du'u ceu' broda ceu} would be {ce'u da ce'u de da broda de} or so -- longer but clearer, and capable of taking on multiple occurrences of a single {ce'u}.
