I would use {kampu} to show that they all have in common the fact that they are specific to a single disease.

However, it is best to stick with the original form without inversions in the main definition, so we get:
{ko'a kaubi'a ko'e ko'i .ijo ko'a bilma ko'e poi se kampu loka srana ko'i ku'o ko'i}
or: "x1 exhibits syndrome x2 of disease x3"
