How about “cribe krati”, as in “ersatz bear”? Unless we're talking taxidermy, the relevant property of a stuffed animal would not be its stuffing, but that it is shaped like an animal, yet isn't one.

The fact that this could apply equally well to a porcelain sculpture of a bear as a teddy bear may be an advantage or a disadvantege, depending on your perspective.
