Seems more general than the political sense to me. It still needs a sense
specifier, though, as "policy" in "insurance policy" is a homonym.

"Fishery" can also mean a place where fish are caught (which is c3).

I've often heard of summit meetings, but didn't know exactly what that meant,
or why they're called that. This word says it exactly.
