 An anvil in the "ordinary sense" is already in jbovlaste as jimda'izbe .  For the earbone, I'd suggest the jargon term "kerzbebo'u".  As for stirrup, I'd say xirtizyclupa for the ordinary sense, and kercupybo'u for the ear sense.
