No. The 100,000 (not 1,000) votes displayed in jbovlaste are just a placeholder for “this is an official definition, it should rank above any other”. Official definitions are determined by the BPFK[1], not by jbovlaste users (though if there were 100,000 jbovlaste users that agreed on something, that would be -- significant).
