Hmm yeah that's a little hard to get to.  Some ideas that come to mind
are za'e "tolxendo", but that's probably more like "unkind", and za'e
"tolkurji", but that's probably more like "uncaring" or "negligent"...

How about za'e "se'irku'i", sevzi zei kurji, and then za'e
"malse'iku'i" (is that formed right?) would mean something like
"selfish, caring too much for oneself", while za'e "zanse'iku'i" would
be more like "taking care of oneself, being self-reliant".
