On the page of printable dictionaries

simple LaTeX does not produce correct pdf for some languages.
I strongly recommend you to use XeLaTeX for multilingual typesetting.
I tried xelatex on the tex files of Lojban to/from
Chinese/Japanese/Korean dictionaries, and got successful results:
