[jbovlaste] New subject format

The new format of jvs-watch mails is designed for horizontal
compactness; sorry if it breaks filters.

For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about: there's a
mailing list (an alias, really) that gets sent every jbovlaste
change, since there's no restriction on modifying other peoples'
entries, so people can review them.  Let me know if you want on.
