We definitely intend to publish some kind of print dictionary when the BPFK[1] is done. This dictionary will probably be mostly based on the contents of Jbovlaste.

In the mean time, you are more than welcome to download a PDF from http://jbovlaste.lojban.org/export/latex.html and print it yourself.
